At Aggieland Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before starting the process.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
